This $5 million project consists of approximately 1,750 sq. ft. spay neuter clinic at each of the three sites including entry lobby, reception, exam areas, dog and cat holding rooms, surgery, custodian and main communication room.

The three facilities were bundled together as one project to take advantage of site-adapting one standard design and creating a larger, more meaningful construction project that would elicit better contractors and generate a more competitive bidding environment.
