Project Description
The new 380,000 SF, design-build Student Housing East Project at California State University Los Angeles will provide 1,500 beds for Freshmen and Sophomore students, in one 7-story tower and two 8-story towers. The first floor is dedicated to community spaces, including dining and food services, student lounges, a fitness and wellness center, teaching and learning commons, residential life  spaces and Campus-wide Housing Administration offices.

Citadel's Role
Citadel is providing project administration, project management and construction management services. As the Client’s Representative, we are managing the Design-Build team through the construction documents and permitting phases. Citadel coordinates the project across multiple Campus stakeholders in conjunction with the Design-Builder. During the construction phase, Citadel oversees the Design-Builder’s work and schedule, and coordinates the efforts of the Inspectors of Record. Citadel evaluates and advises regarding Design-Builder’s monthly payment applications, including cost and schedule management.
