Waleed took home the 2017 CCM of the Year award at the CMAA South California Chapter 2nd Annual Owner Awards, an esteemed industry recognition and one that we at Citadel are very proud of!

Precious was quoted recently in the Eastsider LA regarding her work on the Los Angeles County Dept. of Public Works streetscape improvements.

Campus Kilpatrick had its official grand opening June 30th, as speakers from various public agencies offered emotional speeches about the promise of the new juvenile detention center that focuses on a rehabilitative and therapeutic approach to juvenile justice intervention.

Los Angeles Supervisor Janice Hahn was on hand for the ribbon cutting ceremony Monday to celebrate the grand opening of the newly renovated Hacienda Heights Library. The $3.3 Million renovation involved a reconfiguration of the interior floor plan layout, as well as Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) upgrades to restrooms and exterior path of travel from the parking lot.

Citadel applauds the efforts of the County of Los Angeles to bring this added resource to the community of Hacienda Heights, and congratulates the project team, which included Citadel's Jason Kim, Project Manager for the County.  

The LA Courthouse Project has been awarded the Project of the Year Achievement Award for our Construction Management Practice by the Southern California Chapter of CMAA.

After seven years of planning and renovating, the La Mirada’s official dedication occurred with a soft opening on Nov. 21.

Real estate news website The Real Deal reports this week that U.S. District Court judges have started moving into their shiny new digs on 1st and Broadway in Downtown. Citadel had the privilege of working on this project and have now begun work on the Roybal Federal Building renovations..

On Saturday, June 11^th, 2016 Citadel CPM took part in its latest community service efforts, and volunteered with San Gabriel Valley Habitat for Humanity, working on the Desiderio Homes project in Pasadena.

Citadel CPM is excited to feature a recent news story from Los Angeles County Public Works highlighting the Palmdale Animal Care Center scheduled to open on July 20, 2016. Citadel’s very own Jason Kim, Project Manager is featured in the video, giving details about the 25,800-square-foot facility. Recently the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works held a ribbon cutting announcing the opening of the east bound lanes of State Route 126 at Commerce Center Drive.
