Our Citadel CPM team, in collaboration with key players, were honored to be presented with two Project Achievement Awards in the Government category for the Harbor-UCLA Medical Center Replacement Program 66KV/12KV Power Distribution Substation and the Paramount Library. It was an honor to be part of the Project Delivery Teams for LA County Public Works!
