March 2014 marks the start of Citadel’s prime contract to provide construction project management services with Los Angeles County Department of Public Works. Being awarded one of six as-needed contracts with the agency marks a new milestone between Citadel and the County. Since 2006 Citadel has been a consultant on a number County contracts and projects, building a reputation based on integrity, professionalism, and responsiveness.

“Being selected as a prime consultant is a great testament to the County’s commitment to small business and the perseverance of Citadel to graduate to the next level of client service as a prime.” answered Fadi Rassam, President of Citadel when asked how he felt about the selection. Citadel will hold one of the prime contracts for the next three years, hoping to build over a decade of experience with the County.
