Citadel, as a subconsultant to Arcadis, is part of a team that was awarded a bench contract to provide Construction Project Management services to for the Los Angeles Community College District on July 9, 2014. Citadel has been providing professional services on the Build LACCD program since January 2009.

As part of the LACCD program, Citadel is currently supplying relocation and contract administration services.
