Waleed Jouzy, CCM, DBIA returns to Citadel CPM, Inc. as our Vice President of Operations. Waleed comes to us with over 29 years of owner representative PM/CM and engineering experience during all phases of capital project execution from feasibility studies through construction close-out, 13 years of which have been dedicated to managing large, complex, multiphase projects for the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works. He manages all field Project and Construction Management team members. He was awarded the 2017 CCM of the year by the CMAA Southern California Chapter. He is an Alumni of both the University of Texas at Austin where he earned his MSE in Construction Engineering and Project Management, and UCLA where he earned his BS in Civil Engineering.
