The new 380,000 SF, Progressive Design-Build project provides 1,500 beds for freshman and sophomore students, in one seven-story and two eight-story towers. The first floor is dedicated to community space, including dining and food services, student lounges, a fitness and wellness center, teaching and learning commons, residential life spaces, and a Campus-wide Housing Administration office.
